Icon meme snagged from [livejournal.com profile] chatona & [livejournal.com profile] fujiko1601.

MAH ICONS.

default oldest newest
saddest happiest angriest
cutest sexiest funniest
fave ship fave fandom fave animated
none
best quote best textless best stolen idea
use the most favorite
all of them

HOW MANY ICONS DO YOU HAVE: 15
OUT OF HOW MANY AVAILABLE ICONS SPACES: 15
IF YOU COULD BUY SPACE FOR MORE, WOULD YOU: I'd love to have more, yes, but right now I have more important things to buy (like, I don't know, food).
DO YOUR ICONS MAKE A STATEMENT: No? Well, maybe that I like hot and dangerous fictional men.
WHAT FANDOM DO YOU HAVE THE MOST ICONS OF: A tie between Saiyuki, Reborn and Kuroshitsuji.
AND THE SECOND MOST: Still a tie.
WHAT SHIP DO YOU HAVE THE MOST ICONS OF: One Kubota/Tokito icon and one Abe/Mihashi icon.
ARE YOUR ICONS MADE MOSTLY BY OTHER PEOPLE: Right now, yes.
DO YOU MAKE ICONS: Yes.
ARE THEY ANY GOOD: Well, I like them.
ANIMATED ICONS ARE: There's nothing wrong with them, but I don't use them all that often.

DO THE MEME.

Angriest: Could also be Zoro instead of Gokudera & Sistema C.A.I.
Cutest: A tie between Abe & Mihashi, and a girly Ciel!
Funniest: It was either this or the Kurogane icon.
Stolen idea: ...what? I chose this because the quote is originally from a fic.
All the favorites & bests: Change according to my mood.

And the WTF screencap of the day.

This was posted on January 8th but I took the pic today. Do you see what I'm still seeing?

It's the only post that has the text mirrored. Am I the only one seeng it, and why am I seeing it?

It's not just you seeing the inverted text, it's the little sun-like ring symbol in front of (or, now that it's mirrored, at the end of) the poster's name that does it.
I've no clue why such a thing exists or if that is its intended function, but that's your culprit right there.

Oh thank god, I thought there was something wrong with my laptop.

...what the hell is the point in something like that, if not causing heart attacks to innocent people?

o.O

Interesting view.

Btw, I think you have a fan (if you didn't already know): http://wild-vision.org/recs/recs.html (click the links of the fandoms you ever wrote something in).

O.O There's a site that recs my fics? An actual site instead of rec lists on journals? Hee! :D

And yet I think I'll eventually make a fic/icon journal. Less lurkers that way.

I know that such a thing exists, but I've never been interested how or why to do it.

[identity profile] darlingfox.livejournal.com 2009-01-12 07:55 pm (UTC)(link)
I just don't get why anyone would want to do that. It's a pain to read, and I can't be the only who's thought that there's something wrong with her computer.

People want strange, strange things. I guess they thought it was kind of nifty.

That meme looks fun, I'll have to try it if that's ok. ^^

I've never seen that before with text. I didn't know you could do that(doesn't look like it has much purpose, though.)

I guess someone just thought that it was neat piece of coding. Confusing, but neat.
