I got a ticket to the premier (in this city) of the Goblet of Fire! And as a bonus, I live practically next to the theater.

So, tell me: why is Kurama so shy and girly in fanart and a lustful, manly Youko in doujinshi/fanfic? And why Hiei tends to be well, Hiei, in the art and the uke in almost all of the fics/doujinshi?

I actually have both "Magic Stones" and "Silent Call" already. Those are the only ones of the subject I've found and I'm beginning to think there isn't anything more. I'm quite curious to find out why. Does Hiei send some kind of mystical uke vibes that only the doujinshi authors can sense to that extent?

I guess you're right, I just went through all my scanalated djs (and I have about 100 or so), and those are the only 2 Hiei-seme ones.

I think it's the whole "Forbidden Child" thing, along with the fact that he concentrates on power, not on love. And Kurama is a very horny sexy fox.

Of course, I'm obsessed with Arina Toshimi, and I love the unwilling/surly uke Hiei she portrays, along with the evil seme-Kurama.

It's the same thing with my zip files. Out of over 100 doujinshi there's only two in which Hiei is the seme. Quite sad when you think about it...

It's not that I don't like seeing Kurama the Horny Sexy Fox, just that variety would be nice.
